Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be waived. In all cases where PakGames is found to have liability, our total liability to you in relation to any single incident is capped at the amount of your real-money account balance at the time the incident occurred.

• The account has been inactive for 24 consecutive months

Where an account is closed due to your breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to your conduct — such as a business decision by pakgames to cease offering services in a particular market — your verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days.

If you wish to voluntarily close your pakgames account, contact our support team at support@pakgames.run. Any wagering requirements on active bonuses at the time of voluntary closure will be voided and the bonus balance removed. Real-money funds will be returned.

PakGames may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will always update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
