Your PakGames Login — Everything You Need to Know
How the PakGames Login Works
Logging in to pakgames is a simple two-field process. You enter the email address or username you registered with, followed by your password, and click Log In. For accounts where two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled — which we strongly recommend — a one-time verification code is sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number and must be entered before access is granted. The whole thing, including the OTP step, takes under 30 seconds on any device.
Staying Logged In Safely
If you are accessing pakgames from your personal phone or a trusted device, the "Remember me" option keeps you logged in between sessions so you do not have to re-enter your credentials every time. We do not recommend using this option on shared devices — public computers, office machines, or someone else's phone. Your pakgames account holds real money and your personal data, so treat it with the same care you would your banking app.
What To Do If You Cannot Log In
Forgotten passwords are the most common reason players cannot log in to pakgames. Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login form — a reset link will be sent to your registered email address within a minute. If you no longer have access to that email, or if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support@pakgames.run immediately with your username and your registered Pakistani mobile number. Our team will verify your identity and secure your account.
Occasionally, a login attempt may be blocked by our automated fraud detection system — typically if the login is coming from an unusual IP address, a new device, or an unusual location. In this case, pakgames will send a verification email to your registered address. Approve it from your email and your login will proceed normally. This is a security feature, not a problem with your account.
Never share your login credentials. PakGames staff will never ask for your password via any channel — not live chat, not email, not phone. If anyone claims to be from pakgames and asks for your password, it is a scam. Change your password immediately and report it to support@pakgames.run.
