Account & Registration

Yes, registering on pakgames is completely free. There are no sign-up fees, monthly charges, or membership costs of any kind. You only spend money when you voluntarily choose to make a deposit. Creating an account just requires your basic personal details — first and last name, date of birth, email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a username and password. The whole process takes under two minutes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on pakgames. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. Age is checked at registration via date of birth and verified again via CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) when you request your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately and all associated activity is voided with no exceptions.

No. PakGames enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts — even those using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are identified and closed. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal above a set threshold. You will typically need to provide a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (front and back), and in some cases proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. Documents are submitted through your Account Settings under the Verification tab. KYC review usually completes within a few hours during business hours.

First, check your spam or junk mail folder — verification emails from pakgames occasionally end up there. If it is not there either, log in to your pakgames account and look for the option to resend the verification email from your Account Settings page. Still nothing after five minutes? Contact support@pakgames.run with your registered email address and username and our team will resolve it for you directly.

To permanently close your pakgames account, contact support@pakgames.run with the subject line "Account Closure Request" from your registered email. Before the account is closed, any real-money balance you hold can be withdrawn. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure. If you are considering closure because of concerns about your gambling behaviour, we strongly recommend exploring our Responsible Gaming tools such as self-exclusion or a cooling-off period first — they are designed specifically for this situation.

You can update your phone number, email address, and password directly from Account Settings after logging in. Changes to name or date of birth require identity verification via support@pakgames.run, as these must match your CNIC. Deposits & Withdrawals in PKR

All methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to completion of KYC verification for withdrawals.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits usually appear within seconds. Bank IBFT can take up to a few hours. If more than two hours have passed and your pakgames balance has not updated, contact support@pakgames.run with your registered email, the transaction reference number from your payment app, the amount in PKR, and the date and time of the deposit. Our payments team can trace and manually credit confirmed deposits promptly.

Withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash typically process within 15 minutes once approved. Withdrawals to NayaPay, SadaPay, and bank accounts usually complete within a few hours. The first withdrawal from your account may take slightly longer as our KYC team verifies your identity — subsequent withdrawals to the same verified method are faster. There are no withdrawal fees charged by pakgames, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have its own charges.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal on pakgames is Rs 500. There is no minimum number of withdrawals per day or per week — you can withdraw as often as you like above this threshold. If you have an active bonus attached to your account, the bonus wagering requirement must be met before you can withdraw any associated winnings. Check your current bonus status in Account Settings before requesting a withdrawal if you are unsure.

PakGames does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. What you deposit is the full amount credited to your balance. What you request to withdraw is the full amount sent to your payment method. Some third-party payment providers — such as certain banks or mobile wallets — may apply their own transaction charges; those are outside pakgames' control. Check with your bank or wallet provider if you see unexpected deductions on their end.

Common reasons a withdrawal is declined on pakgames: KYC verification is not yet complete, an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the withdrawal details do not match the name on your pakgames account, or a security review has been triggered. The welcome bonus on pakgames is credited automatically when you make your first deposit as a new player. A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw the winnings generated from it. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means you need to place Rs 15,000 worth of qualifying bets before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Allow up to 15 minutes after your deposit for the bonus to appear in your account. If it still has not arrived, first check that you do not already have an existing pakgames account — the welcome bonus is only available to new players making their first-ever deposit. Yes. If you deposit and do not want the associated bonus applied, you can forfeit an active bonus from your Account Settings — look for the Bonuses section and select the option to remove or forfeit. Once a bonus is forfeited, the bonus balance is removed from your account. Your real-money balance is not affected. Some players prefer to play without bonuses to keep their withdrawal process straightforward — this is a completely valid choice on pakgames.

The promo code field is on Step 3 of the pakgames registration form — the same step where you set your username and password. It is an optional field, so if you do not have a code, simply leave it blank. If your session drops mid-round, the game result is determined by the RNG as it would have been and your balance is updated accordingly when you reconnect. Cricket & Sports Betting

Once a match goes live, in-play markets appear on the pakgames sports betting section. Odds update in real time as the match progresses. You select your market, enter your stake in PKR, and confirm your bet. Because odds change rapidly during live play, there is a short acceptance window — if the odds shift significantly between you placing and the bet being accepted, pakgames will notify you of the change and ask you to confirm at the new odds or cancel.

If a cricket or football match on pakgames is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets on that match are typically voided and your stake is refunded in full to your pakgames balance. In some markets — particularly those that have already been settled (e.g. "first wicket" in a cricket match) — the result stands. Specific voiding rules per market are detailed in the Terms and Conditions. Your settled bets history in Account Settings will show the outcome for each bet.

PakGames displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the clearest format for Pakistani players unfamiliar with fractional or American formats. Decimal odds show your total return per Rs 1 staked. For example, odds of 2.50 on a Rs 1,000 bet means your total return is Rs 2,500 (Rs 1,500 profit plus your Rs 1,000 stake back). You can switch the odds format in your Account Settings if you prefer a different display.

Yes, pakgames offers a cash-out feature on selected sports betting markets, including major cricket and football matches. Cash-out allows you to settle a bet before the match ends, receiving a portion of your potential winnings in exchange for giving up the final result. The cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current odds. Not all markets support cash-out — look for the cash-out icon next to your open bets in the My Bets section of your account.

Yes. PakGames supports accumulator bets (also known as parlay or multi bets) on sports. You can combine multiple selections across different matches into a single bet slip. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out, but the combined odds multiply, making the potential return significantly higher than a series of single bets. The betslip on pakgames automatically calculates the combined odds and potential payout in PKR as you add selections.

Account Security & Login

Click "Forgot password?" on the Login page. Enter your registered email address and a password reset link will arrive in your inbox within one to two minutes. Open the email, click the link, and follow the steps to create a new password. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support@pakgames.run with your username and the Pakistani mobile number on your account — our team will verify your identity and assist you.

Log in to your pakgames account, go to Account Settings, and select the Security tab. You will find the option to enable 2FA there. Once activated, each login from a new device will require a one-time code sent via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your pakgames account, even if someone obtains your password. We strongly recommend enabling it.

Accounts are automatically locked after five consecutive failed login attempts as a fraud prevention measure. The lock lifts automatically after 30 minutes. If you cannot wait, contact support@pakgames.run or use the live chat — our team can verify your identity and unlock the account immediately. If you believe the failed attempts were not made by you, change your password as soon as access is restored and consider enabling 2FA.

Contact support@pakgames.run immediately with the subject "Unauthorised Access — Urgent". Our security team will suspend the account while we investigate, review the login history, and identify any transactions that occurred without your authorisation. Change your email password as well, since that is often how account takeovers happen. PakGames will never ask for your password — if someone claiming to be from pakgames has done so, that is a scam and should be reported.

All data transmitted between your device and pakgames is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes — never in plain text. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
